The CDTS is thrilled to share that the Diaspora and Transnational Studies Union (DTSU) won the ASSU’s Sanjeev Dewett Course Union of the Year Award!
Guided by the tireless leadership of undergraduate student Marium Vahed, the DTSU was very active this year engaging with our vibrant student community. The DTSU hosted many events and launched a new student journal and mentorship program. Student welfare was top priority and the DTSU offered additional resources for students during the busiest times of year.
Congratulations to all the students who worked so hard to make the DTSU a success this year. We’re very proud.
